interesting lifes. totally.
Here's just a quick update as to what's been up in my life recently, and frankly, it's pretty damn interesting i must say.
Firstly, i have this new fetish for minesweeper where i keep trying to break my own records though i have frankly, quite given up on my easy mode one. Here are my records:
Easy - 4 seconds
Intermediate - 41 seconds
Expert - 181 seconds
Hm... i think it's about time i sort of dethroned lang from his little minesweeper records heehee.. I wonder how fast he can sweep his mines now though, i believe he has had much more practise at me than this. Bleugh haha~ Now everytime i look at that box of empty squares, i get a slight headache. I have seriously, seriously, seriously played too much already!
Apart from that, i have been though a little busy, but not so caught up as before with my piano stuff. I think i shall just go back to casual practising starting tomorrow as indeed i do have my teachers little concert coming up soon, but i must say it is NOT a solo concert -.- so liang, GO AWAY haha~ Theory exam coming up in march for my final grade 8 before i finally clear up on all my theory forever and ever amen.
Today i collected me apr, pdr, cca records, testimonial and all the stuff from RI. I must say, the admin staff in the office are totally biatchy. She always looks so pissed for no reason why, i mean your just sitting there ya? So what if we have to come at random periods of the day to collect our stuff but you don't have to be so irritated right! And to think RI is supposed to portray a very nice nice image to outsiders and though i think they do that, but to their own students, like oh who cares! Furthermore, it's probably like going to be the last time i'm going to step in there already and it just had to be like that. Even more irritating was as to how she like changed her face when i went to give her the 'donation' letter my father gave, she immediately or sort of just became slightly happier in a sense. Actually, thinking about it now, it wasn't that big a matter ya but i'm just commenting :D
So, other exciting news i have come across, nothing much actually except for the new book King Arthur which i'm presently still in the midst of reading but i hope to finish by the end of the week :D
I hopefully also wish to watch Casino Royale and Happy Feet by the end of the week.
Hm frankly, i'm actually quite keen on going back to school you know. I mean i'm pretty sure you know how ironical it is that everytime we've filled up our sleeves with all the crap load of work in school and then we always complain, where's the holidays! But now, as i stone around at home 24/7, visitng the market for my meals 3 days in a row, i don't see how exciting life can actually be in the holidays unless i would totally adore going to Orchard everyday to walk around, refrain from spending money, or just stay at home and sweep mines till i get neck ache, headaches and every other possible ailment i get. I mean don't call me weird for whatsoever reason you may think off -glares ;)- but well, school is pretty entertaining in a way la. At least yeowhua will be able to fill me up with more interesting gossip than 'wow the childaid concert last night was great' (despite how i have looked through the videos on Stomp! and must say it looked quite impressive) but ya, that's certainly not very entertaining in a sense ;) The salsa videos looked totally more interesting hahahah! Comment i gave yh on salsa - "salsa is just holding hands and seeing how many times or rounds you can spin around before we all get tangled up" Well, it certainly looked that way when i watched the first video of it haha~ BUT, it has also quite certainly piqued my interest in it... Haha~
Wow i totally just enjoyed watching tonight's survivor challenge! Screw it if kennedy may choose to call me a sadist but it was totally entertaining man! SURVIVOR FTW! Haha~
The challenge: 3 members from each tribe will hold on to one pole to represent their tribe. 2 members at a time from the other tribe will try to 'unhook' those people in the opposing tribe from the pole then drag or somehow get them across to the finishing line one at a time.
It was totally hilarious, brutal, entertaining, physical and painful i suppose. But i'm totally happy as haitu or however you spell that tribe's name win AGAIN! I'm totally supporting them heehee. So fun! They ownnnnnn haha~ And thus they get to feast on the little lamb shanks or something.
Oh ya, new thing that i've discovered in my very interesting life, STOMPCast is actually a little like YouTube in that sense if you realise, everything is submitted by the readers but i guess Stomp is more selective in the material and doesn't have a policy of everything and anything goes. Well it has to be though i guess as it's more of a news channel eh? But it's real cool, the streaming is real fast and you barely don't even have to wait to load the movie or whatsoever. Pretty cool system!
Anyway, as i'm still looking forward to school opening, as i don't really look forward to more days of sweeping mines, i guess it's ample time to start my countdown as till when school opens. But sadly, my dear kind informer Kennedy does not know the exact date as to when school opens (and i admit that neither do i) so yea, i guess that will have to stay till another day!
Ta-da then, to all who fancy school reopening, see ya soon! In about a month or so. Till then, GO WATCH SURVIVOR, IT'S A DAMN NICE SHOW! Haha :D See ya!
p.s to all friends of our dear kennedy, his birthday is on the 10th december. i guess it's time i start to look for a nice present for him too. hmmm -drafts out sinister plan in brain-
p.s2 to kennedy: now don't you say i forgot! and i want to be first to wish you a happy birthday!
p.s3 HAPPY BIRTHDAY 9 DAYS IN ADVANCE!
